• Exchange requests will made through [email protected], where you must specify the purchase order number, product chosen for the change, and reason.
  • The deadline for requesting an exchange is ten days after receiving the garments.
  • Prima Piel will contact the client in response to his e-mail to evaluate the reason for the request and coordinate the transaction.
  • The only garments allowed for changes are bras. 
  • Exchanges will made according to the colors available at the factory.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, exactly as it was.
  • The bras must not be washed or used. Will not accept garments with odors, stains, or alterations made by the customer.
  • With the original packaging (not damaged). Namely protective boxes, plastic bags, protective stickers, original labels, and others.
  • The seven measurements requested in the purchase order must be detailed (consult the measurement chart or ask for advice by sending a private message via Instagram).
  •  If you did not specify them, you must send them when requesting a bra change, being the shipping cost charged to the customer (return).
  •  The delivery time for exchanges is approximately 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE THE RETURN ARRIVES AT THE FACTORY.
  • An exchange will submitted if the bra arrives in perfect condition.
  • Exchanges can be requested once.
